Hype5 Theater 0.7.0 · Beta — by invitation
Visitor information
Visitor information tells the audience what to expect and how to get there. Hype5 Theater keeps it at three levels — the production, the venue and each performance — and never mixes them up.
On this page
Three levels
| Level | Where | Contents |
|---|---|---|
| Production | Production editor → Visitor information (Külastajainfo); classic Visitor info tab | Warnings, accessibility features and text, parking and visitor texts, typed practical rows. |
| Venue | Venue editor → Arrival and Accessibility | Arrival information; wheelchair access and hearing loop defaults; accessibility notes. See Venues. |
| Performance | Performance panel in the Schedule | Events (for example Post-show discussion), services (for example Captioned), and wheelchair access and hearing loop for this date — inherited from the venue or set explicitly. See Schedule and performances. |
The production editor shows the venue defaults and per-performance services for reference; edit each where it belongs.
Production visitor information
Warnings
Choose warnings from the Warnings vocabulary — each has a category, Technical or Content, and a public explanation — and add your own warning text if needed. A warning that has been paused in the vocabulary stays on the productions that have it. You can add a new warning directly from the editor if you may manage vocabularies. See Vocabularies.
No warnings is not the same as no risk. An empty list means that no warning has been entered, not that the production has been checked. Make sure someone is responsible for keeping warnings up to date.
Accessibility
- Accessibility features — markers from the Accessibility features option list: wheelchair access, hearing loop, audio description, sign language, synchronous translation, Estonian captions, foreign-language captions, additional accessibility information, plus the theatre's own names. The schedule's accessibility filter uses the same list.
- Accessibility text — free text for details.
Parking, visitor texts and practical rows
- Parking and general visitor information texts.
- Practical rows, each with a type from the Visitor information option list — parking, arrival, latecomers, cloakroom, other, plus the theatre's own types — and a text.
Line breaks in warning, accessibility, parking and visitor texts are kept on the website.
Where it appears on the website
- On the production page, in the sections Important information (audience recommendations, language and warnings), Warnings, Accessibility and Visitor information. Their order and whether they are shown are set in the Appearance studio or per production under Display.
- In schedules, per performance: events, services and accessibility.
- With shortcodes:
[hype5_production_important_info],[hype5_production_warnings],[hype5_production_accessibility]and[hype5_production_visitor]. See Shortcodes.
How accessibility is shown (labels, icons or text) is the accessibility_mode display option. Venue accessibility defaults are used on public pages only while the venue is published.
Unknown is not No
For wheelchair access and hearing loop, a venue or performance can say Yes, No or nothing (Unknown). Hype5 never treats Unknown as Yes or No. In the Venues list, Accessibility unknown finds venues where something is still unknown.
Multilingual sites
Accessibility markers and the practical rows belong to the original-language production; the warning text, accessibility text, parking text and visitor information are each translation's own. See Translation and localisation.
