Before asking for help
Collect this information; it answers most first questions:
- Versions — WordPress, PHP, Hype5 Theater and Hype5 Stage (from Hype5 Theater → Settings → Advanced or the System Status screen, and Appearance → Themes).
- System Status — the table states and the template override report.
- Theme and plugins — the active theme and any translation, caching or security plugins.
- What you expected and what happened, with the address of an affected page.
- Whether the problem appears for logged-out visitors, logged-in editors, or both.
- On multilingual sites, which language versions are affected.
Never send passwords, database dumps or wp-config.php when asking for help.
